ABOUT US
MIchelle Slattery started Peak Research in 1993 to address the need for evaluation of government programs created by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. Dr. Ted Lamb joined her and together they have conducted a wide variety of evaluation and research studies for government, education, and business clients.
We have ten years of experience chairing a private Institutional Review Board (IRB) for educational institutions and nonprofits to provide reviews of their procedures in conducting human subjects research. We also have expertise in evaluating the effectiveness of professional development workshops in many settings: industry, K-12 and higher education, and government. In addtion, we also provide Myers-Briggs workshops and training.
Ultimately our goal is to create high quality evidence for organizations as they work to achieve objectives. We work closely with clients to offer a wide variety of services including identifying objectives, developing logic models, collecting and analyzing data, writing reports, and briefing results as necessary to meet your requirements.
